Rugged Backlit Logistic Keyboard Made of Silicone
The silicone keyboard SIK 21 was developed for fast and precise data entry in demanding work environments. The compact waterproof keyboard offers a numeric keypad along with various function keys. In addition, the keys can be programmed if needed. This offers even more flexibility for programming complex data entry commands.
The keyboard is protected up to class IP66 and is therefore extremely rugged and well-guarded against water jets and dust. Dirt and debris can easily be cleaned of because it not only withstands water, but also cleaning agents and disinfectants.
The SIK 21 silicone keyboard is particularly suitable for mobile applications where space is limited, for example in forklifts or whenever simple menu navigation and numerical entries are required. The waterproof keyboard is not only protected against environmental influences, it is also backlit. This ensures correct data entry even under poor lighting conditions or in the dark.
With a temperature resistance of -30° C to +50° C (-22°F to +122°F) during operation the rugged keyboard is suitable for cold stores and extreme storage conditions. The keyboard with protection class IP66 can be VESA mounted for example to a keyboard tray. A PU coating ensures that the key lettering remains legible even in harsh environments.
