An iconic Australian outerwear brand, established in 1898 and now under new management, recently expanded its presence by opening its own retail stores. Previously, the brand’s primary revenue streams were through major department stores and, more recently, online sales.

DCS (Aust.) was engaged to supply essential point-of-sale (POS) hardware for use with their Apparel 21 POS and ERP software. The requirements included cash drawers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers, and compatible consumables.

The Solution
