It is worth noting that our offering is not to simply ‘provide’ a product. We aim to offer quality and flexible support and backup services to simplify your process. This may include:

• Loading your custom setup onto our all-in-one terminals – if you have a large number of stores/outlets that require a certain setup, we can load your image or setup onto our all-in-one terminals prior to shipment to enable end user plug and play without the need for your intervention. Along with this is the elimination of an intermediary shipping location which keeps your costs down.
• Scanner programming – if you require certain start and stop characters when barcode scanning, disabling of auto-sleep mode for Bluetooth scanners, light sensitivity adjustments, or any other data processing, we provide you with custom scanner programming/data processing sheets and program scanners prior to shipment for out-of-the-box functionality.
• Label creation and advice – our team can provide advice on your labelling needs. We also offer custom label creation to suit your size requirement, with your logo/imagery and with the appropriate adhesive.
